Urban Community Hubs are central to the City’s strategy for creating 15-minute neighbourhoods where residents can access essential services within walking distance. These hubs aim to integrate education, health, recreation, arts, culture and sustainability resources in a single location, fostering active, healthy lifestyles and reducing dependence on private vehicles. Designed as prototype models, Uptown Hub and Queens Hub will serve as dynamic centers that promote social interaction, enhance economic opportunities, and establish Brampton as a leader in urban innovation.
