Starting July 18, 2020 residents can pick-up their food requests at one of the chosen sites listed below. Please note that requests can be picked up at the site’s pickup hours of operation. No reminder or pickup notification will be sent. If you are require assistance and/or are unable to pick-up your requests please contact 3-1-1

United Sikhs

Prepared Meals Only - Pick up schedule

  • Monday to Sunday: 9:00am – 11:00 am and 5:00pm to 7:30pm

Regeneration

Prepared Meals - Pick up schedule

Breakfast :

  • Monday to Saturday – 8:00am to 9:30am
  • Sunday – 8:00am to 9:15am

Lunch:

  • Monday to Thursday – 11:3-am to 12:30pm

Groceries - Pick up schedule

  • Wednesday to Friday- 12:00pm to 2:00pm

Knights Table

Prepared Meals - Pick up schedule

  • Monday to Sunday– 8:00am – 6:00pm

Groceries - Pick up schedule

  • Wednesday to Friday – 10:00am – 4:00pm

Khalsa Aid

Groceries Only - Pick up schedule

  • Monday to Saturday – 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm
  • Sunday – 2:00pm – 8:00 pm


If you would prefer to request assistance by phone, please call 311. If you need access to shelter, please reach out to the Region of Peel for assistance, or if you need meals, housing, or health support you can click here for a list of community-based resources.

The City of Brampton recently launched the Backyard Garden Program, an eco-friendly initiative to help support food security in our city, and encourage residents to get active at home during the COVID-19 emergency. Click here to learn more.
