The Centre for Innovation (CFI) is envisioned to be an iconic landmark building for Brampton – that can potentially include a new central library, collaborative space for postsecondary institutions, and modern, state of the art office space for the downtown.

The City is publishing a Request for Expression of Interest (RFEOI) to seek innovative ideas and partnership models from prospective proponents that may lead to the City entering into a partnership with a Preferred Partner to deliver the CFI.

Submissions (revised June 6, 2023)

Prospective proponents are invited to download the RFEOI (at right). Submissions are due Thursday, June 29 at 3:00 pm.

Registration (revised May 23, 2023)

Please note: The deadline for registration for the CFI RFEOI has been extended. All potential proponents must register, sign and submit the non-disclosure agreement (NDA) by noon, Thursday, May 25. This change does NOT impact subsequent “submission activities” or their “associated deadlines."
