The City of Brampton is taking additional health and safety measures against COVID-19. City corporate facilities, including City Hall, are open for pre-booked appointments only. Walk-ins are not permitted. To access in-person services at City facilities, be sure to book an appointment. These measures are in place to protect the health and safety of everyone and the City of Brampton continues to follow the advice of Peel Public Health.

All critical services, including Fire and Emergency Services, Brampton Transit, Traffic Services, By-Law Enforcement, Road Operations, Security Services, and Animal Services continue to operate to support our community.

City implements interim bike lanes to promote safe active transportation opportunities during COVID-19 pandemic

To help protect the health and safety of residents during the COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Brampton is implementing interim bike lanes along the Vodden Street corridor. These interim bike lanes will provide an alternative cycling option to recreational trails for residents, and allow cyclists to maintain physical distancing.

To complement and maximize the value of the interim bike lanes along Vodden Street and Howden Boulevard, here’s a map of bicycle-friendly loops to increase access for residents to more essential amenities.
