Households of all incomes should be able to afford a home in Brampton - not all can. The City is developing a new policy framework in specific areas (Major Transit Station Areas) of the City to support more affordable housing units for mixed-income communities through a new policy tool called "Inclusionary Zoning.

This information session is an opportunity to provide input on the proposed draft Inclusionary Zoning By-Law and to discuss implementation of the program, prior to going forward to a public meeting later this year.
