- Tangerine Walk-in-Counselling offers free 45-minute brief consultations by phone.
- Kids Help Phone counsellors are available 24/7 via phone, text or online chat. Call 1.800.668.6868 or text CONNECT to 686868.
- Peel Children’s Centre Crisis Response Line is available 24/7 for families and children 0-18. Call 416.410.8615.
- Naseeha Youth Helpline is an anonymous, non-judgemental, confidential peer support for youth experiencing personal challenges and to support them in working through those challenges. Call 1.866.627.3342.
- Black Youth Helpline is a culturally responsive mental health and crisis support for youth, families, and those supporting them. Call 1.833.294.8650.
- The LGBT Youth Line is a free peer-support phone line for lesbian, gay bisexual, transgender, transsexual, two-spirited, queer and questioning young people.
- To help support student mental health at home, School Mental Health Ontario has online resources.
- Peel District School Board offer social work and psychology support during the summer for students and families.
- Roots Community Services offers an interactive online series for youth and parents to cultivate social connection and emotional resilience amid the challenges of social isolation. Click here to register.
- Child Development Institute offers programs for children 0-12 and youth 13-18 and their families across four streams: Early Intervention Services, Family Violence Services, the Integra Program and Healthy Child Development.
- Centre for Grief and Healing (BFO-HP) offers one-to-one peer support sessions and group support session for youth ages 6+. Call 905.848.4337 and leave a message with your contact details.
YMCA Youth Substance Abuse Program provides free one-to-one counselling for youth 14-24.
- Rapport Youth & Family Services - ECLYPSE Youth Centre is a multi-service organization serving at risk youth in Peel ages 12-24. Call 905.790.7707.

- Ontario.ca/coronavirus provides information about the different virtual mental health and wellness options, including Internet-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
- Contact the Region of Peel Works Harm Reduction Team to request free harm reduction supplies (safer injection equipment, safer inhalation equipment, condoms and lube, safer piercing kits, sharps containers, and naloxone for those at risk of opioid overdose). - ConnexOntario Addiction, Mental Health, and Problem Gambling Treatment provides free, confidential and personalized responses 24/7 to individuals about mental health, addiction and problem gambling services. Call 1.866.531.2600.
- Spectra Helpline provides confidential distress and emotional support. Multilingual lines are open Monday to Friday, 10 am to 10 pm in English, Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, Spanish and Portuguese. Call 905.459.7777.

- Big White Wall offers free peer-to-peer support for anyone dealing with anxiety, depression or other mental health issues. The online community is moderated 24/7 by clinical professionals who keep members safe and facilitate the process of people helping people.
- Canadian Mental Health Association Peel and Dufferin offers a range of virtual services including groups, telephone support and, if deemed urgent, a community visit to assist you.
