ParticiPARKS Community Survey

After consulting with over 120 members of the community during our in-person Idea Jamming event, we invite you to share your feedback on how the proposed design can be improved to be a welcoming space for you to get active with your friends, family and community. 

A ParticiPARK is an outdoor park that exists within the natural environment, like a trail, park, or field, and provides free and accessible “stations” that encourage physical activity in nature. ParticiPARKS are meant to act as a community hub, meaning they serve as welcoming spaces for community members of all ages and abilities.  

To design a ParticiPARK in your community, Bienenstock and ParticipACTION are consulting with community members to learn about what features a ParticiPARK should include to promote your physical and mental health. We ask that you please answer the following questions to provide your feedback on a proposed design for a ParticiPARK in your community.  

Participation in this survey is entirely voluntary, you may stop participating at any time, and can choose not to answer certain questions. There are no right or wrong answers, and your answers will remain anonymous.
