  • Canada’s Walk of Fame Community Hero Program is an annual program that honours an extraordinary young Canadian (under 30) who is making a difference within their community. The winner will receive a $10,000 donation to a charity of their choice and two tickets to the 2021 Canada’s Walk of Fame Awards and Gala, including the Red Carpet. Details.

  • COVID-19 Community Funding: Regional Council approved $1M in funding to provide one-time grants to Peel community agencies that deliver essential services and meet urgent needs to the most vulnerable in our community.

  • Rogers: Connecting students of low income families for success with affordable internet connections.

  • Telus Mobility for Good Program: A partnership between TELUS and the Children's Aid Foundation of Canada, it offers eligible young people from foster care with a free phone and two-year data plan at no cost.
