About the Walking Audit

The City of Brampton is looking to improve signage and wayfinding along the Esker Lake Trail between Bovaird Drive and Williams Parkway. Join us on October 22 for a public "walking audit", where staff from Peel Public Health will guide us on a walk between the Lakelands Village and the N-Section neighbourhoods to solicit feedback on how people navigate the trail.

Starting at the Lakelands Village Park Gazebo (74 Southlake Boulevard), attendees will walk 2km along the Esker Lake Trail to North Park Secondary School (10 North Park Drive) and provide comments in an open house. Refreshments will be provided. Attendees are encouraged to walk, bike or use transit to get to the starting point, but folks who drive are encouraged to park at North Park Secondary School and walk over to meet at Lakelands Village Park.
