Snow Removal survey (Winter 2024/2025)

The City of Brampton is considering increasing snow removal services for residents to include windrow clearance (the snow left at the bottom of driveways after plows pass) and enhanced sidewalk clearance.

If passed, all households that pay property tax would pay a fee, although not everyone would receive the service. For example, residences with common driveways (e.g. apartment buildings, condominiums, commercial properties, etc) would not be eligible to receive windrow clearance through the City.

Note that cost estimates are based on all residential property locations sharing costs equally.

Take this survey, and have your say on the future of snow removal in Brampton.
